By “partnering” we mean working together as a team to achieve the required result. Our aim is to provide the best possible results, and our experience shows that this is achieved where a joint approach is established. In keeping with this philosophy, while we have our own facility, our experience shows that working on-site with our clients is a key factor in successfully delivering the required outcome.
Structured approach and methodology….
We take a structured approach to each assignment. While each assignment is unique and our role may vary, a typical structured project based approach is often appropriate.
Normally this involves the following elements:
- A project charter that defines the scope, objective and approach
- Feasibility study
- Budgetary cost analysis and justification
- Material selection, Design of Experiments, Data collection and analysis
- Conceptual Design and Specifications
- Tender specifications and Supplier audits
- Recommendations are developed and presented
- Approved solutions and improvements are implemented
