Stereolithography uses additive fabrication process where UV-sensitive photopolymer is cured by a laser to build parts a layer at a time. Each part is traced by the laser beam on the surface of the UV-sensitive photopolymer, causing it to cure and solidify the prototype layer. After each layer has been traced, the build platform lowers the part by a single layer thickness, typically 0.002" to 0.006", and sweeps a blade filled with photopolymer ("resin") across the part to deposit fresh SLA Resin. After each layer is built the Prototype is ready for post-processing and UV coating trials.

Vacuum Metalizing takes place in a vacuum chamber when a pre-determined vacuum level is reached. 99.5% pure aluminum is then evaporated, which condenses on the parts at a regular rate and very even distribution. The fixtured parts are rotated around the source for complete and selective deposition of the metal in a uniform thin film from 300 to 30,000 Angstroms thick, depending on the final application.

Molding Prototype Injection Molding (up to 150 ton- 8oz, 4-station vertical rotary). Before production, and even mold development, our design & team work with our customers to develop the most efficient product design possible. By first evaluating our customers product application requirements, our final product designs provide the most efficient manufacturing solutions.

UV Coating Base, Clear and Pigmented UV Coatings applied via Rollcoat, Flowcoat and Spraycoat Application. Experience in analyzing an array of coating application processes provides our clients with valuable information to cut R&D time. Statistical design and six sigma techniques are utilized to optimize the process development and testing requirements. UV curing parameters can be established without the need of capital investment.
